1.Roller: The roller is made of LTG-H chrome-molybdenum alloy cold cast iron, centrifugal casting, the surface hardness of the cold hard layer can reach 72-75HSD.

Other Optional configuration: chrome-coated roller, mirror-finished rollers, and drilled rollers as options.

2.Rolling bearing: Automatic aligning roller bearing, High carrying capacity, energy saving more than 5% than the traditional nylon bush .

3.Stock blender :roller with chrome plating ,frequency control speed of two rollers ,Hydraulic.

4.Bearing lubrication: automatic dry oil (lithium grease) lubrication, can set the lubrication time and lubrication frequency.

5.Nip adjustment device :Standard by manual, also have automatic motor adjustment / hydraulic , which can realize single-side adjustment and two-side adjustment.

6.Safety Device: Standard with 4 emergency stop buttons on both sides of the machine, also with one on electrical control panel, kick stop device.

Other Optional configuration: chest bump emergency stop, pull-rod emergency stop, safety light curtains, etc.

7.Gear box (reducer ):Adopt top brand in china ,hard tooth surface reducer,It is a four-axis three-stage transmission,The safety factor is above 2.0.

8.The frame and base: welding and annealed, processed by precision machine. Steel thickness is 240mm.
