PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The rubber tile vulcanizing machine is a key special equipment for molding and vulcanizing in the modern rubber floor tile manufacturing industry. Its core working components include a precision mold frame, a high-temperature heating system, a hydraulic pressure device and an automatic control console. Under set temperature, pressure and time conditions, the prefabricated rubber compound is subjected to high-temperature cross-linking reaction and high-pressure compression molding, so that the rubber material is solidified into rubber floor tiles of specified specifications, shapes and hardness with stable performance and uniform texture.

The whole production process adopts fully enclosed or semi-enclosed automatic operation, featuring stable temperature and pressure control, high molding precision, good product consistency, simple operation, low energy consumption and long service life. It effectively ensures the wear resistance, anti-slip property, compression resistance and environmental protection performance of rubber floor tiles, and is the essential core equipment for the batch and standardized production of rubber floor tiles in factories. It is widely used in the production of various rubber floor tiles such as school playgrounds, gymnasiums, kindergartens, garage floors and pedestrian passages, and can be connected with the front-end rubber mixing equipment to form a complete rubber floor tile production line.

ADVANTAGE AND MAIN FEATURE

1. Automatic function :The rubber press has automatic up, automatic down, automatic exhaust,automatic pressure, pre -heating, automatic constant temperature, press timing, time alarm and other functions, and can realize manual and  automatic mode switching.

2. Column :Adopt 40CR material ,Hard chrome plated surface after Quenching + high temperature tempering, the surface hardness can reach HRC55-58.

3. Upper seat, mid-seat, bottom seat (oil cylinder) : Adopt SOLIDWORKS  auxiliary mechanical visual design and QT-500 Ductile iron integral casting by aging passivation treatment ,high strength and high toughness, and tensile strength: 50kgf/mm.

4. Plunger: The plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy material. High surface hardness, not easy to wear, The depth of the cold and hard layer is 15-20mm, and the hardness HRC60-70 degrees,improves service life of the plunger.

5. Heating plate and the support plate is 45# steel , Nitriding treatment after finishing grinding, high strength and high abrasion resistance. We can process the T-shaped slot as client’s requirement .

6. Push and pull railway: The sliding plate is 50#steel, which is adjusted by quenching treatment and install the bearing to make the in -out mold stabilized and slipped, wear -resistant and  long life.

7. Sealing: The oil cylinder sealing adopt YX -type polyurethane oil seal, oil -resistant, ageing resistant, wear -resistant;four way sealing structure,Good sealing effect, no oil leakage, no pressure drop.

8. Hydraulic system: The main hydraulic parts adopt JAPAN YUKEN brand,easy to buy and change ,reasonable layout,easy to maintain.

9. Electrical system: Mainly controlled by PLC with HMI. Electric components are small, compact structure, anti -fatigue, and adapt to continuous high -intensity work.
