This rubber extruder of hot feeding and single screw extruding, with adjustable speed. Changing the head of the machine can obtain various extruding, semi-finished products and forming sheets and filter rubber for coating. It can be used widely in extruding.

1. 38 CrMoALA SCREW AND BUSH

The material is made of 38CrMoAlA high-quality nitrided steel, after quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment the surface hardness of the screw groove is HRC60-65, and the depth of the hard layer is 0.5-0.7mm

2. HARD GEAR REDUCER

It adopts two-stage reducer with hard-gear tooth surface cylindrical gear special for extruder, which has the characteristics of large axial load capacity and compact structure. The tooth surfaces are carburized, quenched and ground, and the gear pair transmission accuracy is level 7.

3. VARIABLE SPEED

AC frequency inverter or DC regulator.

4. TCU DEVICE

The equipment is equipped with a five-unit temperature controller, each unit can be independently controlled, respectively controlling the feeding section barrel, plasticizing section barrel and exhaust section barrel, extrusion section barrel, the temperature of the head and screw.

Hot feeding rubber extruder machine can be used for the shaping extrusion of various kinds of rubber products, rubber products, rubber wrap up for the out layer of the wire and electric cable and to do the rubber filter extrusion as well.

Structure:

1. The machine can be equipped with inner tube and tire tread extrusion heads ,and can also be equipped with other extrusion heads as required by users.

2. The screws and bushes are subjected to nitrogenation treatment to get enough strength and wear-resistance.

3. The reducer has a forced lubrication unit, which is featured by high transmission efficiency, long service life and low noise.

4. The force feeding device are designed as side-open type for easy rubber removed.
