Mixing Chamber

The mixing chamber adopts drilling type cooling, which has good cooling effect. Hard alloy surfacing in the mixing chamber, alloy thickness: 4-5mm,

Hardness: ≥45HRc, the working surface is hard chromium plated, the thickness of the chromium layer is 0.10-0.15mm.

The main components of this internal mixer include the pressing device, feeding device, internal mixing device, unloading device, and locking device, all of which are installed on a robust base for stability and durability. The mixer also features an elastic coupling that connects the main motor and the reducer, as well as a pin coupling that connects the reducer and the mixing device, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

In addition, the internal mixer is equipped with a hydraulic system, pipelines, heating and cooling pipeline system, end seal lubrication system, and dry oil lubrication system. Rotor

Two-edge high-efficiency rotor, using cast rotor body, the rotor body is hollow, the inner cavity is cooled by water, the rotor.

The top part of the peak and other parts are surfacing with hard alloy. The alloy thickness is 4-5mm. The other working parts are surfacing with cemented carbide.

Strength: 4-5mm, hardness: ≥45HRc. The entire working surface of the rotor is hard chromium plated with a thickness of 0.10-0.15mm.
