PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The rubber kneader machine is a core equipment for efficient mixing in modern rubber industry. Its key working components are two specially shaped rotors in a closed mixing chamber. Under high pressure (applied by the top plug), the rubber compound and additives are subjected to intense shearing, extrusion, folding and stirring, thus achieving uniform and high-quality mixing in a very short time.
The entire process takes place in a closed system, featuring high production efficiency, excellent mixing quality, high degree of automation, minimal dust emission and safe operation. It is the preferred equipment for large-scale industrial continuous production. It is usually used as the preceding process of the open mill, discharging the mixed rubber compound onto the open mill for sheeting or cooling.

1.Rotor: Rotor shaft material 42CRMO with hardness HRC58-62.
Blade material is ZG-45 with chrome-plating, hardness up to HRC50.Also have welded alloy rotors as option.
2.Mixing chamber /Top ram: Medium-carbon steel welding with chrome-plated 12-18 layers, hardness up to HRC50.
3.Ratio gear: 42CRMO cast alloy steel, forged parts with quenching and tempering treatment,high-frequency quenching, hardness HRC58-62, Low noise, wear -resistant, longer use life.
4.Gear box (reducer): Adopt hard tooth surface reducer, with strong carrying capacity, low noise, smooth running,high transmission efficiency and long service life.
5.Sealing system: High technology sealing system, no powder leak, easy to change.
6.PLC control system: All with Siemens PLC control system for automated and efficient mixing.
7.About mxing chamber , standard open type is by hydraulic , we also have motorized as optional.
8.Heating and cooling : Machine with water cooling system for mixing chamber , rotary, top ram .
9.Heating method: we can design it will electric ,steam or oil for heating , especially for mixing plastic PE.

Mixing chamber
Pneumatic type rubber kneader machine (internal mixer) consists of a "W" shape body and two side boards made of high quality steel plates by means of extrusion forming and welding, which are jacked to take the flow of cooling water or steam. It is plated with hard chrome on its internal walls.
Rotor
It is designed to the hollow blades of Banbury type. The hollows are connected with axial hole of rotor shaft used as cooling or heating passage.
The top edges of blades and the end faces of ~ rotor shaft are surface welded with cobalt-base hard alloy and grinding,
then plating with hard chrome and polishing.
Cooling/heating system
A common piping system is adopted for either cooling or heating material in mixing operation. Through the system cooling water or steam is fed in three ways to the cavities of the rotors blades, the mixing chamber and the top ram.
Tilting system
It consists of a rotor with brake, cycloidal gear reducer, TP type worm and worm gear, etc.. It is able to actuate the mixing chamber tilting by 140° around the front rotors.
Electric control system
Imported PLC device and electric control components which are all imported products or imported technology products are adopted
in the electric control system as to raise control reliability.
