Vacuum rubber vulcanizing press machine is an advanced hot-pressing molding equipment for rubber products, with national patents, its structure is compact with wide applicability, high efficiency and high yield. It is suitable for vulcanization molding of natural rubber, acrylonitrile rubber, EPDM , chloroprene rubber and silicone rubber. Especially it is suitable for the rubber model products of complex shapes, exhaust difficultly, difficult to molding and also for rubber products which are easy to produce bubble. Such as all kinds of O-rings,rubber keyboard,medical rubber parts and automotive rubber parts, frame oil seal, seal ring, organ sets ect. This vacuum compression molding machine collects vacuum and vulcanization molding technology in one machine. It is not only high automatically and efficient, but also improves quality of the products efficiently.

1.Automatic control: The rubber press has automatic up and down, automatic exhausting, automatic pressure, pre-heating, automatic constant temperature, press timing, time alarm and other functions, and can realize manual and automatic mode switching.


2.Column: Made of medium-carbon quenched and tempered steel with a hard chrome-plated shaft core after machining, surface hardness HRC 55-58.


3.Upper seat, mid-seat, bottom seat (oil cylinder): adopt SOLIDWORKS auxiliary mechanical visual design and QT-500 Ductile iron integral casting by aging passivation treatment ,high strength and high toughness, and tensile strength: 50kgf/mm.


4.Plunger: Made of LG-P cold hard alloy material. High surface hardness, not easy to wear, The depth of the cold and hard layer is 15-20mm, and the hardness HRC60-70 degrees,improves service life of the plunger.


5.The heating plate and support plate are precision-ground from 45# steel and undergo nitriding treatment, delivering high strength and exceptional wear resistance. T-slots can be machined upon customer request.


6. Push and pull railway: Constructed from S45# steel, utilizing a lead screw and linear guide rail structure with integrated bearing design. This ensures stable die movement and extended wear resistance.


7.Sealing: The oil cylinder sealing adopt newest design high-tech sealing system, oil-resistant, aging-resistant, and wear-resistant; It features a four-stage sealing structure, ensuring excellent sealing performance, preventing oil leakage and pressure loss.


8.Hydraulic system: Featuring the Taiwanese Victory brand, it offers easy purchase and replacement, with a well-designed layout that facilitates maintenance and servicing.


9.Electrical System: The primary PLC electrical components utilize internationally renowned Mitsubishi brand from Japan. These components feature compact size, robust construction, fatigue resistance, and are designed for continuous high-intensity operation.

The double-sealing ring and the dust-proof ring structure can guarantee a long life time.
