PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This series plate vulcanizing machine special-purpose takes shape the equipment for the rubber profession.Heats up the way to uses the electric heating(steam or oil heats up),the power uses the height combination to pump for the oil way, reduces the equipment the power loss.

The electrical control uses the advanced PLC control technology,may realize automatic controls when, automatically operates the mold,is automatic warm controls and so on the craft.And may realize automatically deflates. Thus guarantee product quality and high efficiency.

May have custom-made each kind of four columns,the frame type, the work table emigration-ton type,the work table emigration type in addition according to the customer product technological requirement and so on the many kinds of plates vulcanizing machine.

Main uses:

The Curing Press mainly works for the clampdown of rubber, which can be used as normal hydraulic machine.

1.Automatic control: The rubber press has automatic up and down, automatic exhausting, automatic pressure, pre-heating, automatic constant temperature, press timing, time alarm and other functions, and can realize manual and automatic mode switching.

2. Frame: Frame plates manufactured from Q235A high-quality carbon steel, cut as a single piece and subjected to stress-relieving annealing to eliminate cutting stresses. Frame plate strength (thickness and flange width) is designed using SOLIDWORKS 3D mechanical simulation and visualization, ensuring a safety factor exceeding 2.5 and preventing deformation.

3.Upper seat, mid-seat, bottom seat (oil cylinder): adopt SOLIDWORKS auxiliary mechanical visual design and QT-500 Ductile iron integral casting by aging passivation treatment ,high strength and high toughness, and tensile strength: 50kgf/mm.

4.Plunger: Made of LG-P cold hard alloy material. High surface hardness, not easy to wear, The depth of the cold and hard layer is 15-20mm, and the hardness HRC60-70 degrees,improves service life of the plunger.

5.The heating plate and support plate are precision-ground from 45# steel and undergo nitriding treatment, delivering high strength and exceptional wear resistance. T-slots can be machined upon customer request.

6.Sealing: The oil cylinder sealing adopt newest design high-tech sealing system, oil-resistant, aging-resistant, and wear-resistant; It features a four-stage sealing structure, ensuring excellent sealing performance, preventing oil leakage and pressure loss.

7. Hydraulic system: The main hydraulic parts adopt JAPAN YUKEN brand, easy to buy and change, reasonable layout, easy to maintain.

Plunger: The plunger is made of LG-P chilled alloy. This material has high surface hardness and is not easy to wear.

The double-sealing ring and the dust-proof ring structure can guarantee a long life time.
