Conveyor Belt Type Batch Off Cooling Machine is a continuous processing system that transfers, cools, and automatically stacks hot rubber sheets layer by layer on multiple horizontal conveyor belts. Throughout the conveying process, the sheet remains flat and is uniformly cooled by airflow before being neatly stacked by an automated stacking device.
This system places particular emphasis on maintaining rubber sheet flatness and tension-free conveying.

ADVANTAGE AND MAIN FEATURE
1. Make the rubber sheet flat and free from deformation: The rubber sheet is supported by the conveyor belt throughout the process, without any sagging force, which effectively eliminates stretching, thinning or edge curling caused by its own weight, maintaining perfect flatness.
2. Uniform double-sided cooling: The upper sheet layer undergoes single-sided exposure cooling, while the lower sheet layer undergoes double-sided exposure cooling (via mesh belts). Efficient heat dissipation is achieved through optimized interlayer layout design.
3. Continuous Automation: Seamlessly integrates with upstream equipment to achieve full-process automation from extrusion/calendering to cooling and stacking, delivering high production efficiency. Features the touchscreen PLC for real-time settings or monitoring.
4. Footprint Optimization: Through multi-layer design, the footprint is significantly reduced, making it suitable for rubber factories with limited space.
