Water Drum Type Batch Off Cooling Machine is a device that uses multiple large-diameter rotating metal rollers with internal cooling water to conduct heat to hot rubber sheets continuously passing over their surface.
It is usually used in direct connection with upstream open mills, calenders, or extruders to achieve rapid and uniform cooling of the rubber sheets, which are then rewound or cut and stacked.

1. High cooling efficiency: The rubber sheet is in direct contact with the surface of the metal roller with circulating cooling water inside, and the heat conduction efficiency is much higher than that of air convection (air cooling), resulting in extremely fast cooling speed.
2.Uniform and stable cooling: The roller surface temperature is uniform and precisely controllable, ensuring consistent cooling across both the transverse and longitudinal directions of the rubber sheet to minimize distortion.
3.Compact design: Compared to air-cooled lines with equivalent cooling capacity, it occupies significantly less floor space, making it particularly suitable for workshops with limited space.
4.Highly automated: Seamlessly integrates with upstream feeding and downstream winding/cutting equipment to achieve fully automated tableting through cooling and winding, reducing labor requirements.
