PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Batch off cooling machine is mainly for cooling, folding and depositing rubber strip comes from two roll mixing mill、rubber calender machine or rubber extruder.
TECHNICAL PARAMETER
ADVANTAGE AND MAIN FEATURE
1.Automatic PLC control: Configured with a PLC touch screen control system for real-time setup or monitoring, with variable frequency speed control capability.
2.Front Pick up device: Composed of 175℃ high temperature resistant conveyor belt or power galvanized roller and frame. The conveyor belt is equipped with a glue device to facilitate the connection between sheet.
3.Cutting device: With pneumatic cutting device controlled by a switch. Can cut the rubber sheets into strips, easy for next step process.
4.Water cooling tank: consists of an isolation agent tank, a belt or plastic module belt, a large pressure roller and a frame. The isolation agent tank is made of 304 stainless steel.
5.Hanging rod: Stainless, with chromeplate
6.Rubber sheet stacking device: Option with pneumatic and electric waving system, It can automatically stack the rubber sheets for convenient packaging and storage.
